Scope of Work
We will facilitate the gathering and submission of all required documents for LSA and optimization of your listing including call tracking setup if applicable. We will manage up to 50 leads per month in your Google Local Services Ads (LSA) account on a weekly basis. Additional leads are billed at $3 per lead. Photography is to be provided by the client; we require 8-10 photos and/or video assets/week (total 32-40 monthly). If assets aren't received consistently, we will remind the client. Should new assets not be delivered in a timely manner each month, there is a $100 photography penalty that will be billed to the account.
Management may include categorizing, cross-referencing in Service Titan (or other approved booking software, if booking software not approved, you can add the customer name and a note to LSA), adding notes, disputing, and adding client information to said leads. Additionally, we will provide monthly reports and a 24/7 performance dashboard, report competitors’ spam when appropriate, and alert you to missed calls, when appropriate. The minimum per-lead charge or anticipated and agreed upon lead count charge will be billed at the beginning of each month along with the monthly fee and any per-lead charge overages from the previous month. We are not responsible for your verification status with Google Local Services Ads.
All advertising dollars are paid directly to Google. At the end of set up, MMW will share access to enter your billing details or you may complete our credit card authorization form.
We will work with you to ensure we have the proper evidence to show Google for Google Business Profile reinstatement of your business listing should it become suspended. We will monitor your business listing daily to ensure it is active, update attributes as they become available, and discard any fraudulent changes attempted by third parties. If your business listing becomes suspended, we will begin the process for reinstatement immediately, free of charge, assuming we have all of your case file documentation (there may be a $75 charge for the reinstatement if not). If you make any changes to your business name or address on GBP, there will be a $75 document update fee.
We will also work with you to ensure we have the proper evidence to show Google for Google Business Profile reinstatement of your business listing should it become suspended. We will create a new GBP listing for you or help you with the verification process of your existing GBP listing. We will work with you to ensure we have the proper evidence to show Google for Google Business Profile reinstatement of your business listing should it become suspended.
We will coach Clients should video verification be required, or if within 20 miles of our HQ we can come on-site at no charge to support verification needs.
As with any effort made to compel a third party to act, we can not guarantee that your business listing will be verified by Google.
Ongoing management includes managing categories and business details, posting new *optimized imagery to the listing, and replies to reviews (4-5 stars, any 3 or below we will confer with the client on the best response, if any). Client is to provide brand imagery. We may be able to use stock sparingly; the cost of any commercial-use, royalty-free images or video will be invoiced to the client.
*If a current account is in place and being updated, the setup fee is $250/location. Should the Client have a partner in place to manage this channel we will work together with any Vendor. To offset any other currently managed facets, we may discount the monthly investment for the Client.

Upon request, we can source local photography partners, have VIRTUAL sessions, or have our partners come to capture new brand images. Each shoot is quoted separately based on the number of people and locations involved. In-person and virtual branding shoots are available for added client convenience.
Our team will coach any photographer chosen on the best, most widely used images to maximize the Client's investment.
